Here are two random and unrelated pictures. The first one is of a sleepover Jake and I had in our guest bedroom. We have these sometimes. The reason of this particular one was because we had dropped off the laundry, and it wasn’t ready when it was time to go to bed. Since we had no sheets, we slept in the guest bed, hooray! It was really fun. It was a few weeks ago, but if memory serves I think we played truth or dare and talked about periods. This picture is totally staged. I love my high heelathon shirt.
And here is a gem of my cutie Piperoo, sitting up alone. It was also taken a few weeks ago, and I can’t imagine why I never posted it. If you’ll notice her flood pants (channelling Uma Thurman’s character “Mia Wallace” in Pulp Fiction) it’s because she is tall and skinny. She should be wearing 3 months in the waist and 18 months in length, but they don’t make that option. So, it’s either too big in the waist, or too short. We go with 9 months, which I think works well enough. I happen to think she pulls off floods better than I ever could.
You and Jake are beyond adorable together. You have inspired me to snuggle more.
