My Easter Dress.

I was lucky to be asked last month to choose a dress from Shabby Apple to review. I got so excited looking at all of the pretty Shabby Apple spring dresses and decided to go with the Waimea dress. I love it for the light material, the scalloped top and most of all, the color! I can do a lot with this color.

When it arrived, I tried it on right away and loved the fit of it. I knew I wanted to wear it on Easter. It was great weather so we went to the park for some pictures by the blossoms.

    O Reagan, please do a post on this new look for an out of touch mom with the socks with dress shoes. Also, please add what is “in” as far as hosiery. I just saw a famous person with white hose like we used to wear in the late eighties. I seriously was busy having a couple of babies and looked up to realize that I need help in this area. :-)

    See the top part of your hair, where it is twisted? That was my suggestion a while back for an hdof tut. remember? One of my fav hairstyles, I would love to be able to send people to your page rather than try and explain! I love the dress paired with the socks, and shoes…so dainty and classy! Cuh yoot.

    Reagan, You are the fashionista, and if I was 30 years younger I would be wearing that dress, the socks, the shoes. I’m too old to pull off the socks, but I love the look. Today I did pull out a favorite Anthropologie skirt, tee-shirt and J.Crew sweater and wore my Frye boots–I love the cowboy boots with a feminine skirt look :) While I can do some looks, i can’t do the socks. I love the dress.

    Your hair? Can you do a lesson on your other blog on how to do it? Please. I would love to try this on myself.

    I wore the Shabs App on mother’s day. I also just ordered another dress, but I’m considering returning it and getting this one, I LOVE IT. Also, did you get a small? I am an 6/8 and usually a medium, but sometimes their sizing is whack.
