Q: As a fellow vegetarian I must know, what do you eat to stay healthy? What exercises do you do to stay fit? I know running, but anything else? What color are you going to do color your hair next?? What kind of makeup do you wear?
A: I eat a lot of sandwiches, I think that is my most common meal. I find that my meals are pretty healthy and my desserts are pretty terrible. I honestly can’t decide if I like veggies or cookies more. Both make me so happy.
I’ve never paid attention to protein, and it’s never really been a problem. I’m not sure why. I eat dairy and eggs and also occasionally fish. That might be why. I do sometimes have a problem with iron though. I almost had to have a blood transfusion once because my iron levels were dangerously low (during my pregnancy) so I ate children’s cereal which is usually supplemented with iron. The problem was solved almost immediately.
I work out pretty much constantly. I lift weights at home if I’m not going to the gym or running in the morning. I’m working out at the salon by standing all day and blow drying. I walk throughout the city and I take the stairs instead of the elevator/escalator almost every time. I love to be active and I will even do jumping jacks if a real work out isn’t possible that day. I go crazy being lazy. I’m not a fitness-aholic, most of my exercise isn’t vigorous, but I just really love to move! It’s fun. Also, I don’t know if you knew this, but I like on a 5th floor walk up, so I do lots and lots of stairs every day.
If I were to color my hair soon, which I probably wont because I love my red, I think I’d go back blonde. I really like to be a darker, more natural blonde. I miss blonde a lot actually!
As for Make-up, I mostly wear MAC. Sometimes NARS and sometimes Revlon. I also use Smashbox mascara from Sephora. I mostly do concealer, powder, blush, mascara on the top and eyeshadow used as a liner. Lipstick too of course!
