Suvies for my Pip.

The Tate Modern museum gift shop is amazing. I bought some Christmas presents and also a bunch of books for Pip. They were just so adorable and beautifully illustrated, I can’t wait to read them to her a million times. These will be replacing The Foot Book and The Cat in the Hat that have been read so many times that I now just basically recite them by heart.

My First Nursery Book

When I was Born

For Just One Day

PS Piper Jane is not to be trusted alone with books. She can destroy them in the mere blink of an eye with her bare hands. Never to be read or enjoyed again.

Happy November Reagan and family! We loved looking at pics of the sassy Flamingo for Halloween. Seriously. What a doll.
Enjoy reading the new books, and trying to preserve them as best as you can.
We, too, have a book monster on our hands, and now read incomplete, short stories =)
Love and kisses to Pip, the superstar,
    the Nelsons

Samesies! I bought books for Meg when I was at the Tate in 2007.

Cute books – one of the best things about being a parent is reading all the children’s lit again!
You could look for some cloth books for Pip. Those are great for bedtime because obviously the kids won’t get hurt if they fall asleep and roll over on their book. Our favorite is Snowy Bear and Friends.

These books look so great, Reagan! My special needs son in his early 20′s still loves for me to read to him, and I love to do it.
