I got a box messenged to me at work this week with a a few different flavors of Alpina Yogurt to try. I kept most of them at work and had them for lunch for a couple days. We are so busy at the salon that it’s great to have something quick and healthy like that around just in case our only time for lunch is during the few minutes when a client is being shampood. I have found that it is much harder to find healthy food in a hurry, but chips and candy bars seem to be ready for consumption at any time (not to mention that there is a candy store a block away calling my name at all times). Alpina Yogurt is low fat and low calorie, but also high in fiber, so it is pretty filling. I was completely satisfied until dinner after eating the blueberry flavor with a piece of vegan banana bread.

I wanted a second opinion, so I shared one with a friend and she loved it.  The flavors are so natural and the granola added is a nice mix of textures. She had the peach one, and raved about it. We sat together eating our yogurts, discussing what stood out to us the most. We agreed on smooth creaminess, a nice natural flavor and the perfect amount of sweetness. I think I have found my perfect summer meal!
