Hey ladies and gents! (Do I have any “gent” blog friends? Besides Jake? Plus he is really more of a blog boyfriend.)

I’m super excited because I got invited to a private shopping party at Homegoods that will be happening June 11th. HomeGoods has several stores opening all over the U.S. and I’ll be shopping at the new location that opened May 22nd on Columbus here in NYC for the event.

I go to HomeGoods often, so I already know what I’ll be looking for. Have I told you I’m in the midst of serious Bridal Shower planning? I am working on decorations and food planning, so I’ll be making a bee-line towards their pretty serving dish section. I’ve seen drink pitchers and spouty type containers that will look beautiful at the shower, so that is what I’ll be in search of for the day. Maybe even a cake carrier? Who knows? But don’t worry, because I’ll get back to you with the results of the adventure. (You can wipe that nervous sweat off of your brow, phewww!)
